docs: 新增中英双语《使用方法.txt》

- 纯文本、记事本友好：UTF-8 with BOM + CRLF（老版记事本也能正确显示中文）
- 中文在前（9 节：是什么/安装/首次启动/连设备/使用/功能/数据位置/常见问题/已知限制），
  英文在后，共 505 行
- 覆盖 Windows 与 macOS 两个平台，含 11 条常见问题排查
- README.md / README.en.md 顶部加入口
- .gitattributes 为该文件单独锁定 CRLF（覆盖通用 *.txt eol=lf）
- Location.spec：随 Windows 包一起装到安装目录
