    iOS 27.2 kernel differential — 27.0.1 (24A446) vs 27.2 (24B119) for iPhone19,7. Full report: docs/IOS27.2-KERNEL-DIFF.md.

    • 162 advisory CVEs, 67 components; 303 → 304 fileset entries (v6x-pandia), 93 kexts with __TEXT_EXEC size changes
    • 112705: 27.2 adds 0 <= iNumberOfTemporalLayers && <= 7 and number of temporal layers (prop) is out of range — the 16463 trigger is exactly what the new bound rejects
    • 113910: 27.2 adds chunk %u produced %lld of %lld expected bytes in ChunkCompression.cpp
    • 112507: 27.2 adds ipr != NULL / table != NULL (ipc_misc.c) — a NULL-check fix, matching the device -300 result
    • PPL/SPTM/MIE: __DATA_SPTM is byte-identical across both builds; no PPL/SPTM/MIE code, data, or string change; no bypass for those three is fixed in 27.2

    The 112705 POCs and the app module now sweep NumberOfTemporalLayers 0…8 (plus 64/1024/16462/16463); --sweep submits no frame.
