docs: 使用方法.txt 重命名为 USAGE.txt

文件名改成英文，文件内容逐字节不变（23981 字节，UTF-8 with BOM，505 个 CRLF）。
git 识别为 rename，历史保留。

同步更新引用：
- .gitattributes 的 eol=crlf 规则（USAGE.txt 仍锁定 CRLF，记事本友好）
- README.md / README.en.md 的入口链接
- Location.spec 的打包 datas（随 Windows 包装到安装目录）

文档内的标题「iOS 虚拟定位轨迹工具 — 使用方法」保持中文不动。
